In 2021, GOOD WORX helped companies and communities incorporate equity internally with employees, and externally with consumers.

We launched compelling campaigns.

We worked with 15+ companies, including Goldman Sachs, Unilever and The Century Foundation. We wrapped our 9-month partnership with Yahoo about the Black experience in America, driving 85,000+ video views and 19,000+ social actions and on top of that, we were nominated for an Anthem Social Impact Award!

We hosted workshops for over 1,000 participants.

Isolation is all too familiar these days, but our workshops brought teams together, creating bonds through conversations, and supporting companies in tackling challenging topics like the impact of white supremacy and how anti-racist action can drive equity and equality.

We launched our new coaching capability!

In response to growing client demand, we launched equity-focused coaching packages, helping leaders and key figures navigate crises and complex topics with confidence.

And we grew our Creator Collective.

To increase opportunity for creators of color (and support our growing project roster), we expanded the GOOD WORX Creator Collective, an inclusive team of talented strategists, designers, producers and more, all passionate about leveraging their talents for good.

We are so very proud of this work and excited to see it continue in this new year.

The last couple of years have been characterized by urgent reactions to world-altering events, and as we step into 2022, we’re partnering with our clients in driving more sustainable, proactive change.

If you’re ready to be a part of that change, GOOD WORX offers compelling campaigns, community-driven workshops, transformational coaching, and a dynamic creator collective to help you answer that call.
